Since we were on our second home with Jim Bland Construction, we knew from the beginning that we would be very well taken care of. The designers that were available for us made it so easy to coordinate paint colors and flooring. When we made our selections, we always knew where we stood in terms of costs and we even had help coordinating colors and design ideas free of charge! They really encouraged us to be as involved as we wanted to be, and our girls got the playroom they always wanted! Thank you again for our beautiful home!
